I spent over 3 hours hooked up to an AVG tech who tried to rid me of about.blank. good thing I loaded google chrome--it takes me to the real ATT-Yahoo site. with IE, about.blank flashes up top and I get redirected to a phony site. AVG is still working on it (no charge to me because the remote tech thing is in the experimental stage.)
